Peoples Republic of China (PRC) Visa Application

The PRC crew visa is valid for 2 years (24 months) from date of issuance.

S-CO


  • Only NTA, NLS Mandarin speakers and NLS reserve flight attendants will be reimbursed for PRC visas.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the application and must have at least 2 blank pages.

S-UA


  • The PRC crew visa is a requirement for all International Service Trained (IST) qualified flight attendants based in locations where the monthly bid package key pages indicate working/deadhead segments to or from the People’s Republic of China.
  • By company policy, your passport must remain valid for 2 years and 6 months (30 months) to apply for the 2 year PRC crew visa.
  • The remaining life of a PRC crew visa cannot be transferred to a new passport

S-CO & S-UA

Flight attendants must bring

  • 1 passport photo
  • Company ID badge
  • A photo copy of company ID badge (front and back)
  • Photo copy of current passport
  • Visa request letter
  • Completed visa application*
