Email is always fun to go through.  Especially the tech questions.

Here's the latest I received:

"When I try to pull up the bids, they go into my picasso photo viewer. Then it displays a black square with "invalid image". The bids come up as a PDF file.  How do I correct that so I can see the bids and print them?"

I advised them to drink heavily and restart their computer.
