Does the form keep reappearing and not submitting correctly?

This means that you already have an application on file with us.  There can be only one applicant per UAL file number and yours is already registered.

If you are unable to submit the registration form, please contact us and we'll examine your account on file with us.

Close this window and click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen.  Then, tell us the problem you are having.
