Beginning on July 1, 2019, United will launch a new offering of voluntary benefits that go beyond the traditionally negotiated medical, dental and vision benefits.

New benefit plans will be offered in two phases;  Phase I starts July 1, 2019 whereas Phase II Benefits will begin January 1, 2020. The following chart details which benefits will be available and when:

*If you enroll between July 1 and September 30, you will receive discounted rates and fewer medical questions.

Enrollment packages for Phase I benefits will be mailed to our homes during the end of June.

July 1, 2019 – Voluntary Benefits Website Launches and enrollment for Phase I benefits begin.
