United has recently announced the Transition from the Global webmail system to Office 365.   
 
There are a number of ways to transition to Office 365 some of which activate the Office 365 product directly on your personal electronic device.  We recommend you avoid this activation.  Rather, we recommend that you access your Office 365 e-mail via the web using any browser. 

Simply enter:  https://outlook.office365.com/owa. 

Once you have accessed the initial sign on page, your sign on requires your company file number with the preceding u.   For example:  u299025@global.ual.com.  To complete the sign-in process, use you global password (as if you were signing into Flying Together.)
