As a reminder, Section 12.J. provides Flight Attendants with the opportunity to use Day at a Time (DATV), that is, up to ten (10) vacation days in each Scheduled Vacation year separate from her/his awarded vacation period(s).   When doing so, Day at a Time (DATV) will be deducted from the Flight Attendant’s accrued allotment in the following Scheduled Vacation Year.

DATV is awarded in seniority order, after the award of relief lines and before the beginning of the month. Additionally, DATV days will be available throughout the month, to the extent that regular personal drops are available and day at time vacation days have equal priority.

Additional information can be found in section 12.J of our JCBA. Questions can be directed to your Local Council Representatives.
