Your November 1, 2018 paycheck, representing your October Flight Advance, is now available on Flying Together > Employee Services > My Info > Pay Advice. The Flight Advance amount is also shown on your October Pay Register in CCS. The advance is based on your projected line value, minimum or guarantee as of the 20th of the prior month.  (It could be 1 or 2 business days prior if the 20th falls on a holiday or a weekend.) The Flight Advance uses base rates only and does not include any overrides; the calculation of the Flight Advance is described in the Pay Guide.

Please review your October Flight Advance and contact the Flight Attendant Crew Pay Support Team if you have any questions regarding your Flight Advance.

Your November 16, 2018 paycheck will include the balance of the total month’s pay for October.  This is your total pay less your Flight Advance. All overrides, such as Galley Pay, Night Pay, Domestic / International Purser Pay, and International Overrides, and per diem for October will be paid on the November 16 paycheck. To ensure that you are paid accurately for your full month of flying, it’s important that you closely review your final October Pay Register which will be available on November 7, 2018 on Flying Together > Employee Services > My Info > Pay Register.

If you have any questions or issues related to pay, please contact the Flight Attendant Crew Pay Support Team:

  • Phone: 1-800-FLT-LINE (option 5, 1, 2)

We encourage you to review the various education materials on Pay, to familiarize yourself with all the pay elements for both Lineholders and Reserves.
