There have been a number of questions on how to submit a Claim or view Certificate of Coverage from those enrolls in the Allstate Voluntary Benefits plans.  To begin the process, refer to https://unitedafa.org/benefits/insurance/voluntary/on our MEC website.  Once there, scroll down to the “Allstate Benefits Claim Site” section and choose > Option 1

The first time you are here, you must register for claims and policy access. When registering, please use the last four digits of your employee ID number, not the last four of your SSN.
