Inflight Services Alert – Scheduling – Positive space travel program expanded to include any FL airport served by United or United Express, SAV and ATL. It has also been extended through Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

This Scheduling Alert is also available on the United News app and on Flying Together. Ensure you are familiar with this content prior to your next trip.

Due to Hurricane Irma, PS travel is approved for flight attendants commuting to or from: any FL airport served by United or United Express, SAV and ATL through Wednesday, September 13.

If you are commuting to or from any of these locations, once you list for the flight on which you wish to travel, your PNR needs to be authorized in order to complete the ticketing process by contacting FAST at 1-800-358-5463 (FLT-LINE) Option 4, then Option 2. Please advise the call representative that you are calling for IRROPS travel authorization. FAST will process the travel authorization while you remain on the phone. Once authorized, you will be able to select a seat and check in for your flight. This positive space authorization does not place you on must-ride status and flights will not be oversold to accommodate travel. Monitor your chosen flights for possible cancellations and/or extra sections.

If you need assistance with this positive space travel program or if you have further questions, please do not contact Crew Scheduling; contact your base.

We will continue to track Hurricane Irma and provide travel authorization updates as necessary.
