Flight Attendant to Flight Attendant Trades

• Begins: November 30, 2017, at 1500 Home Domicile Time (HDT)
• Closes: 2359 HDT on the 15th of the calendar month before the earliest bid month involved in the trade
• Trades for January 2018 must be submitted by December 15, 2017, at 2359 HDT

Fly Through (Non – Operational)

• Begins: November 30, 2017, at 1500  (HDT)
• Closes: 1000 HDT on the 5th day of the calendar month before the month in which the vacation is scheduled
• Requests for January 2018 must be submitted by December 5, 2017, at 1000 HDT

Instant Trades with Open Time

• Begins: December 5, 2017, at 0800 (HDT)
• Closes: Must be submitted thirty (30) days before the first day of the earliest bid month involved in the trade
• Exception: January 2018 vacation days may be traded as late as December 9, 2017, at 2359 HDT
