As was recently published, the Bridge Loan Option outlined in the Pay Methodology Harmonization publications is now available for you to opt into. Effective in February 2018, all Flight Attendants will receive their pay checks according to the same schedule each month. The Bridge Loan is being offered by management consistent with the way pay methodology transitions have been handled with all work groups.

Effective yesterday, November 15, 2017, pmCAL Flight Attendants may elect to opt-in (sign up) for a one-time bridge loan payment to be paid on the February 16, 2018 pay check. This payment is intended to supplement Flight Attendant pay on this check because the of the discontinuation of the Semi 1 payment on Feb. 16, 2018. Flight Attendants who are not eligible to opt in for the Bridge Loan include anyone who is on a COLA or Special COLA for the month of February, as well as anyone who has no scheduled paid activity in the first half of the February bid month as of Feb. 5, 2018.
