United has now officially changed Unimatic to SkyNet.

• The official Unimatic access link is: https://crew-access.ual.com/
• You will still be able to access Unimatic via all the links on Jumpseatnews, including the easier-to-remember www.gounimatic.com.  No worries about that...
• You must have a SkyNet login password in order to access Unimatic no matter what link you use.  If you have any problems getting a password, then call 1-800-255-5801 for assistance.  Don't write emails to us requesting SkyNet passwords, as we sold all of ours to some hacker kid in Russia for $50.00.
• Lastly: All, and I mean ALL, technical support, grumblings, praises, Seppuku, etc. for this new Unimatic access will be managed via: 1-800-255-5801. That's the United Help Desk.
