747-400 Galley Stocking Changes

United made the following changes to the 747-400 galley stocking, as part of their "747-400 Project":

  • Reinstated a pre-departure bin for United Business cabins to gather all necessary items.
  • Swapped a bin of LaCroix with a mixed bin of apple and tomato juice and ginger ale, "moving the items you use most to a carrier at a more comfortable (counter-level) position."
  • Replaced a bin of Pepsi® with a standard mix bin.
  • Aligned Atlantic B747 galley packing to better match Pacific galley packing.
  • Swapped the duty free cart from door 5R with the UE liquor cart from the AUX galley.
