Domestic Catering Changes

Effective Oct. 2:

  • New UF and UB cold entrée offerings introduced in N.A. markets on flights two to five hours in length lunch service deli plates have been refreshed.

  • In UF on flights two to three-and-a-half hours in length and in UB on flights two to five hours dinner service deli plates replaced with new offerings.

Effective Oct. 4:

  • In UF on flights of three-and-a-half to five hours in length, hot dinner services will be introduced.

  • On all eastbound flights departing between 1330 and 1629, SO8E services will be changed to SO8 services (sandwich snack box).

International Catering Changes

Effective Oct. 4:

  • PVG-SFO UE mid-flight snack will change from the S98E bulk snack service to the S98 individual noodle snack service

  • ICN-SFO UE mid-flight snack changed from bulk snack service boarded at ratio to individual snacks at 1-1. Amay's cookie boarded at 1-1 and cocktail snacks boarded at 150 percent.
