From May 15-31 Briefing Packet:

The following changes cover North America and Hawaii markets:

Effective June 1

Salt and pepper shakers will be removed from tray setups and bulk boarded due to
numerous complaints. The salt and pepper shakers were continually falling over spilling their contents on the trays.

The United First and United Business Biscotti is being replaced by an Eli’s breakfast bar on the AM services.

United Economy Breakfast snack is being replaced.
The UE Breakfast snack is being replaced by a Quaker chewy granola bar, biscoff cookie and donut bar. The products will be rotated by cycle.

Taste of Chicago entrees on flights into Chicago
A limited version of Taste of Chicago meals will be implemented on flights inbound to
Chicago. Taste entrees will be offered on lunch, dinner and snack flights under five
hours.

UF/UB snack services out of Hawaii
Based on 1-2-3 feedback, the late night hot sandwich service was changed to a cold plate w/fruit offering. By cycles, the selections will be Teriyaki chicken, deli plate and fruit and cheese plate. The lighter offerings will be accompanied by a warm roll and Mrs. Field’s cookie.
