United announced to AFA today that Patti Carson, Senior Vice President of Onboard Service, has left United Airlines.  No explanation of why or when.  Just that she left.  Buh-bye.

Mr. Charlie Ahmes will be in charge of Onboard Service until the new Senior Vice President of Onboard Service is announced.

Interesting announcement...  but pales in comparison with everything else going on right now.  We'll see how this one develops.  Later.
