Onboard Updates published what has to be the largest bulleted list article in the publication's history; information regarding the LAS and PHL co-domiciles, co-terminal domicile bases, electronic base co-terminal subcontracted domiciles or whatever it is they're called.  The article has good info.  Here it is:

  • Effective Oct. 1, 2003, LAS and PHL flight attendants have transitioned to a fully electronic operation with no on-site staff.

  • The domicile for LAS-based flight attendants is LAX

  • The domicile for PHL-based flight attendants is EWR.

  • A supervisor from the respective managing domicile will be present in each modified co-terminal location one to two times per week.

  • PHLSW will remain in its present location, but will utilize approximately half the space of the present area. Construction is slated for completion by Oct. 13.

  • LASSW will remain in its present location until mid-December when it will move to ramp level and utilize one of the current crew lounges. Construction is slated for completion by mid-December.

  • LAS and PHL flight attendants will receive all company and domicile information via electronic communication, specifically SkyNet and company e-mail address, USA.net.

  • All required reading materials, i.e., Onboard Updates and Hotboards, will be accessed via SkyNet or company e-mail USA.net. LAS and PHL flight attendants will no longer have mailboxes in either the co-terminal or home domicile locations.

  • Flight attendants will access information such as seniority lists, training schedules and anything currently posted on bulletin boards, i.e., Hotboards, etc., on SkyNet.

  • Out-of-domicile flight attendants are asked to respect the priority use of computers in each location allowing LAS and PHL flight attendants to access required reading prior to flight departure.

  • Flight preparations remain unchanged. The IBS is printed in the co-terminal.

  • Briefings will take place in the co-terminal or planeside, depending on the crew complement.

  • Flying at the modified co-terminal will remain independent and unique to that location.

  • Deadhead tickets can be obtained at station operations.

  • Flight attendants are to contact their respective domicile for approval of emergency travel. Tickets can be obtained from either LAS or PHL Customer Service.

  • Loaner Flight Attendant Operations Manuals are not available. To protect the integrity of the operation, flight attendants may purchase a manual at station operations.

  • Flashlights are available in station operations, but flight attendants are encouraged to replace flashlights at any domicile location.

  • Write Your Own and Jumpseat tickets are not available and will need to be obtained from a domicile location.

  • Flight attendants at LAS and PHL can be contacted through company e-mail using the following format: first name.last name @USA.net.
