According to the latest Onboard Updates, the Marketrak surveys have 'changed in layout and color, and some areas of content'.

Under the 'Flight Attendant' category of questions for passengers to complete, the following change (among others) has been made:  The area for passengers to rate "caring and considerate service" has been deleted.
