You type: DSPMEL/FILE NUMBER

The above example shows you Page 1 of the Special Meal menu. As you can see, I've chosen LTCC, which is Lighter Choice - Chicken. It's pretty self-explanatory. Tab to the option you are interested in and enter an 'X'. Then press ENTER. Now you too can feel like a Premier Exec!
